1. Objective

- The fastest valid run after applicable penalties determines the result.
2. Arena & Movement
- The robot must remain within the designated track or arena.
- Leaving the course may result in a penalty or restart according to the judge.
- Intentional collision with barriers or interference with another competitor is not permitted.
3. Control & Start
- Wired or wireless control may be used subject to the arena technical requirements.
- The robot may begin only on the judge’s signal.
- False starts, unsafe operation or repeated controller failure may result in a restart or time penalty.
4. Safety
- Every robot must pass technical inspection before entering the arena.
- Secure wiring, insulated connections and a safe power-disconnect method are required where applicable.
- Judges may stop an unsafe robot immediately.
IMPORTANT: Event-day briefing, technical inspection and judge instructions may provide additional arena-specific requirements. Those safety instructions take precedence where stricter.
